Delivery Information
We are currently shipping to limited counties in the EU due to issues post BREXIT. We are looking to increase this as soon as possible. Please see below for full details.
Carriage
We send all of our packages via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, so the delivery times are subject to Royal Mail and Parcelforce services and exclude Public/Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. The Little Whisky Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays to postal services once parcels have been dispatched. For orders received before 1300hrs, we try to ship the order the same day where possible, but if received after that time we will ship the next working day.
Please note to help keep prices down and to help save the planet we try to recycle boxes where they are reusable.
Over 18 Signature Upon Delivery
Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full postcode. Once the goods are in the possession of the Courier, The Little Whisky Shop cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, misrouting, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.

Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered and will be more expensive than standard delivery.

Delivery to the EU** THIS IS STILL CURRENTLY VERY LIMITED DUE TO BREXIT
We can deliver to the following countries in the EU:
Germany, Ireland, Holland, Norway, Switzerland
Others will need to be confirmed by the purchaser.
We still cannot deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
For the following areas we can ship, but the costs are substantially higher as we have to use a premium shipping service: Greece, Iceland.
Alcohol between 24% and 70% is prohibited for sending to the following countries:
Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Gibraltar, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Romania, Sardinia, Sicily, Vatican City State.
When goods are imported to the EU there are additional charges that you will be liable for paying. These are local tax (VAT equivilent), local alcohol duty and also a customs clearance fee. Examples of the rates are shown below as inidicative of the rates you may have to pay. These are examples only and you should validate the ratess before you purchase.

We have expand our deliver to the rest of the world (less USA, Australia and Canada due to the cost of insurance). Please contact us for costs of postage which will depend on the bottle ordered and your location if not showing.
** In all instances we will assume that by placing any order you have confirmed you are entitled to receive Alcohol via courier in the country you are requesting shipping to, accept any import taxes that are due and take all responsibility and liability for costs should any parcels be confiscated, destroyed or returned for any reason.
