From from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery This execution is fairly similar to its predecessor. Using both pot and column still distillates aged in bourbon casks alongside a single sherry cask. Just 6,000 bottles of this superb Whisky were released.
Tasting Note
Nose: Some orange peel, blueberry muffin and lemon meringue pie, with a side of barley sugar.
Palate: Citrus ice cream, cooked apple and honey, with vanilla cream, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Finish: Floral honey, toasted nuts and cinnamon.
