Description
Released in celebration of the distillery’s 10th anniversary, this expression from Balcones is made from 100% rye. It’s allowed to age in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof. A wonderfully chocolatey rye. Flavours ooze out of this Rye, including prominent cocoa, a pinch of tobacco, melted dark chocolate, orange zest, coffee, and honeyed malt with just a hint of char.
